Referral Program

Anyone with an active Wachee account and a confirmed email takes part. Joining is free and voluntary, and you can stop at any time simply by no longer sharing your code.

The program is personal and creates no employment, partnership, sales-agency or paid-affiliate relationship between you and Hexadelic. Rewards are promotional benefits, not payment for services.

Each account has one referral code of 4 to 8 letters and numbers, with no spaces or special characters, always shown in capital letters on the Rewards tab of your account.

New accounts get their code automatically at sign-up. Accounts created before the program create theirs on the first visit to the Rewards tab, accepting the suggestion or choosing another available one.

Codes are immutable: once created they cannot be changed, transferred or deleted. We may refuse or deactivate offensive or misleading codes, or codes using third-party brands.

When typing a code at checkout, upper and lower case make no difference.

Whoever enters a valid code in the “Referral code” field at checkout gets 5% off the order, calculated after any coupon.

Each person may use a referral code only once, identified by the payer's email. You cannot use your own code.

The discount applies to Wachee experiences and Wachee Melodia. It does not apply to balance top-ups, gift cards or additional song generations.

The referral code is a separate field from the coupon: both may be used on the same purchase. The final price is always calculated by our servers.

For every paid purchase made with your code, you get a personal 10% coupon, created automatically and kept on the Rewards tab.

The coupon belongs to your account only: it works only while you are signed in, it is single-use and non-transferable, and it is valid for 2 (two) years from the date it was created.

Coupons do not stack: each purchase accepts a single coupon. If you have more than one, use one now and the others stay saved for your next purchases, each with its own expiry date.

Reward coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, balance or other products and have no value outside Wachee.

When 10 (ten) purchases made with your code are confirmed within a 12 (twelve) month period, you get a voucher for one Wachee Melodia — an original song, created through the product's normal flow.

Counting is rolling: each referral counts for 12 months from its confirmation, and referrals that already earned a song don't count again. Every new group of 10 earns a new song.

The voucher shows up in your balance as a Wachee Melodia product, is valid for 2 (two) years and is applied automatically when you buy a Wachee Melodia while signed in. It is not a discount on other products nor an additional generation of an existing song.

A referral only counts once the payment is confirmed. Unpaid, expired or cancelled orders earn nothing.

If the referred purchase is reversed, refunded or disputed (chargeback), the referral stops counting and the related coupon is cancelled if it hasn't been used. If the dispute is decided in our favour, the referral counts again.

You may not: refer yourself, including through other emails or accounts; create fake accounts or use third-party data; send unsolicited bulk messages (spam); buy ads using the Wachee or Hexadelic brands; present your code as an official channel; or act in bad faith in any other way.

Where fraud or abuse is suspected, we may cancel coupons and vouchers, disregard referrals and suspend participation, in addition to any other measures in the Terms of Service.

To run the program we process your code, the email of whoever bought with it (to enforce single use) and the link between the order and your account, based on legitimate interest and contract performance (LGPD, art. 7, V and IX).

Referrers only see how many referrals and rewards they have — never the name, email or order of the buyer. Whoever uses a code only sees the code owner's first name, to confirm whose referral it is.

We may change these rules or end the program with at least 30 days' notice on this page. Coupons and vouchers already issued remain valid for their original term.
